AMI completes successful manufacturing scale-up of its Series 1 product for use in high-performance coatings
AMI, working with its manufacturing partner, successfully produced pilot scale volumes of its Series 1 self-healing microcapsule system in May. Larry Evans, CEO of AMI stated that "we are very pleased with this initial production, which represents an increase in scale two orders of magnitude greater than previous efforts. This important step forward confirms the scalability of AMI's process and also provides commercial scale materials for expanded customer sampling and evaluation. It is an important milestone for AMI."
